Join local historian, Ken Donovan, at the Cultural Centre for a presentation on Mi’kmaq, John Cabot and the rise of historical traditions. Admissions is by donation!

Please join us from 1 to 3pm for our Open House of The MacIsaac Forge!
The forge was built in 1922 by John MacIsaac in Aspy Bay, Nova Scotia. In 1999, it was relocated to the North Highlands Museum. Join us in the forge to learn how metal items are hand crafted, what different materials are used for, and the process it takes.
